Cedar City Regional Airport would like to welcome you to Southern Utah! We are the only airport that can provide you with the closest access to the majority of Utah’s National and State Parks. The Airport is located just West of the I-15 interstate, at the base of Cedar Mountain at an elevation of 5650 ft.
Whether you're looking to go hiking at Zion National Park, ATVing near Cedar Breaks National Monument, camping along-side Bryce Canyon, or taking in the gorgeous views at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, CDC helps you maximize your time to spend in beautiful Southern Utah. CDC is centrally located in Southern Utah, providing convenient access to a number of National and State Parks. Enjoy some fresh air at Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Grand Staircase National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and much more!

Outdoor Activities
Cedar City is surrounded by breath-taking mountains and outdoor recreation. Each season of spring, summer, fall, and winter brings a new experience and some of the activities offered in this area include ATV and UTV, Hiking, Mountain Biking, fishing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, and stargazing.
The community offers several options to rent ATV, UTV, and Mountain Bikes with more groomed trails than you can shake a stick at. We have several mountain biking trails in the foothills of Cedar City as well as a Mountain Bike Resort with chair lifts offering downhill mountain biking at Brian Head.

Get fully immersed in the world of The Bard at one of the oldest and largest Shakespeare festivals in North America.
The Summer Festival offers six plays in two grand theaters. Free nightly Greenshow performances feature music, song, and comedic tales and entertainment on the outdoor stage.
The Fall Festival offers three plays, free actor, literary and prop seminars, backstage tours, and play orientation before all shows.
Your Safety is Our Priority
During this pandemic, Cedar City has fared really well and has had some of the lowest transmission rates in the state. Even though our numbers have been extremely low and our businesses have been able to stay open, our community is mindful of our visitors and wants to provide a safe experience for you and your loved ones.
Here at the airport, we have taken extra precautions to ensure you have a pleasant experience while visiting. The Airport has placed signs on entrance doors and throughout the terminal to remind our visitors to social distance and to wear face mask coverings. We have added additional cleaning times that allow us to clean the terminal between each flight using an electrostatic spray gun to help disinfect the building. The airport maintenance staff has also installed new filters in our HVAC system. Airport operations have placed hand sanitization systems throughout the terminal and the airport management has worked closely with our local hospital and health department to ensure Cedar City continues to be a safe place to visit.
